Mr. Hepner is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in wildlife and fisheries. Mr. Hepner has over 15 years of experience in research and consulting, including reptile, amphibian, insect, vegetation, and water resource surveys. Mr. Hepner is a respected professional who has worked with passion and integrity alongside researchers, consultants, and regulatory agency personnel.
